POLICY ON DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL OF VND

For deposit and withdrawal orders through Aliniex bank account numbers, you must comply: Do not provide invoices or proof of deposit to anyone other than the support department on the Aliniex website. Each member has a unique deposit content that does not overlap, you must accurately record the transfer content. We use this information for automatic crediting. If you do not follow this requirement accurately, your money will have to be processed manually and may be delayed. Deposits must come from the exact account number of the account holder using the Aliniex account. If any abnormalities or disputes are detected, we have the right to refuse to credit and request the bank to refund the actual account holder of the said account number.

Deposit and withdrawal orders will be processed within 24 hours. Especially deposit and withdrawal orders in the evening may be delayed as banks often run end-of-day data. When transferring funds across different banking systems, please use the “24/7 Fast Transfer” function instead of the “Regular Transfer” to avoid long waits due to slow bank confirmation, especially on Saturdays and Sundays. We are not responsible for late statements leading to price fluctuations of the coins. We support VND withdrawals every day of the week from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Withdrawing money outside of these hours may result in delays and will be processed during the next support hours.

POLICY ON DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL OF COINS

The coin deposit time depends on the confirmation of the network system of that coin. We will credit your account when we receive the required confirmations. You agree that Aliniex cannot confirm, cancel, or reverse Coin transactions.

You agree that Aliniex is not responsible for any errors, losses, or omissions in sending or receiving Coins from incorrect wallet addresses, emails, or any other information related to Coin transactions. Make sure you use the correct Coin address and email address. Aliniex always strives to help you avoid mistakes, but you are primarily responsible. Therefore, be very careful and verify all information before completing the transaction. Coins are securely stored in a combination of online and offline storage. Normally, coin withdrawals will be processed immediately, but in some cases, it may take up to 48 hours or more to facilitate the Coin transaction. By using Aliniex, you accept the risk that transactions may be delayed, and you agree that Aliniex is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by the delay.
